Using the Krossroads Mobile App you can process transaction payments including Swipe cards, Cash, Invoices, etc.

The following is the procedure to process your transactions payments:

  • Krossroads does not charge fees for these transactions.
  • Money for these transactions is exchanged directly between you and your customer and will not be transferred by Krossroads.

To process transactions, it is better to first set payment methods accepted in your location.

  1. Navigate to Checkout
  2. Add order items to the cart
  3. Then proceed to tap the CHARGE button to complete the transaction
  4. You will be redirected to the Charge Amount page.
  5. Proceed to select your customer's preferred payment option to process payment.

       6. A transaction receipt will be generated. Have your customer select their preferred receipt, either email the receipt or print it out.
