To edit a discount record:

  1. Tap the Catalog > Discounts option in the navigation menu on the left of the screen
  2. Tap open one of the listed discounts records
  3. In the open discount record form, proceed to edit the Discount details. 
  4. And then tap SAVE

The ability to add, edit and delete a discount depends on the role/permissions assigned to the account.
