There are two ways to delete a Location Tax record using the Krossroads web Dashboard

  1. Delete an open location tax record
  2. Delete a tax record under the Location Taxes tab.

Deleting a Tax record cannot be undone 

Delete an open Location Tax record.

  1. Click on the Taxes option in the navigation menu on the left of the screen
  2. Then click open one of the listed tax records under the Location Taxes tab
  3. In the open Location Tax form, locate and click the Delete button
  4. And then proceed to Confirm Delete.

You can use this method if you intend to quickly delete multiple location tax records

  1. Click on the Taxes option in the navigation menu on the left of the screen
  2. Then under the open Location Taxes tab, proceed to select one or multiple location tax records to be deleted
  3. Proceed to locate and click the Delete Selected button at the bottom right of the Location Taxes tab
  4. And then Confirm Delete

The ability to add, edit and delete tax records depends on the role/permissions assigned to the account.
